目前研究主要领域为电子薄膜材料(主要为高介电薄膜和铁电薄膜)及其器件集成与应用。在传统Si基和有机半导体场效应晶体管制备和表征、高介电材料/铁电薄膜材料制备及器件表征、微弱信号测试、CMOS集成电路工艺等方面积累了较为丰富的经验。与国际知名半导体公司有着较长时间的合作研究经历。如2000-2004年间与Motorola半导体产品部数字基因实验室合作开展应用于下一代MOSFETLaAlO3高介电常数材料工作;2006-2008年在东京工业大学与日本富士通公司合作研究高可靠非易失性铁电场效应晶体管存储器件。在Adv. Mater, Adv. Electron. Mater, Appl. Phys. Lett等本领域的知名专业国际期刊上发表SCI文章100余篇,获得授权美国专利一项,欧洲Wiley–VCH出版社关于高介电材料的英文著作一章。

研究方向:

1. 高介电薄膜材料与器件应用。湿化学、喷墨印刷制备和低温(室温)成膜;高介电薄膜的耐弯折特性和稳定性;低压驱动、高频响应柔性薄膜晶体管及阵列电路研制;低功耗、高可靠柔性非易失性存储器件。

2. 铁电薄膜材料与器件应用。铁电氧化物异质结的导电与电荷输运机制、外场(光、电、磁场)调控效应;柔性氧化物薄膜及其在可穿戴电子器件中的应用。

Research topics:

1. High dielectric constant (K) thin films and device applications. Wet chemical solution, ink-jet printing fabrication, low temperature (room temperature) fabrication; Flexible and mechanical properties of the high-K materials; Flexible thin film transistors and circuits with low operation voltage and high operation speed; Flexible nonvolatile memory with low power consumption and high reliability.

2. Ferroelectric films and device applications. The conductivity, charge transport of the ferroelectric films and its heterostructures, and modulation effects by external field (light, electric field, magnetic field); Flexible oxide films and their applications in wearable electronics.
