高兴森,教授,博士生导师,珠江学者特聘教授,广东省百千万领军人才。分别于2016年和1996年获南京大学学士和硕士学位,于2004年获新加坡国立大学材料科学与工程博士学位,之后历任新加坡千禧年基金研究员(国立大学),新加坡麻省理工联盟基金研究员(国立大学),德国洪堡基金研究员(马普所)2009年底至今加入华南师范大学,2010年获聘研究员。2014年获聘广东高校珠江学者特聘教授,2017年获广东省百千万领军人才项目支持。近年主要研究兴趣为多功能扫描探针显微镜测试、多功能铁性材料的薄膜及纳米结构,阻变存储材料及器件等。现已发表SCI论文150余篇(包括Science AdvanceNano. Lett.Acs Nano等杂志通讯作者论文),他引1200余次,H指数19,在国内外学术会议做特邀报告10余次,主持国家重点研发计划课题及其他10余项国家和地方项目(包括国家重点计划课题及3项自然科学基金),并任Acs Nano等杂志审稿人及Scientific Reports编委。
