简介:田国,华南师范大学“青年拔尖”引进人才,入选“香江学者”计划(2022)。主要从事新型铁电材料研究,包括铁电及多铁性薄膜及纳米结构的畴调控、铁电拓扑畴构筑及畴壁电导相关物性等。已发表第一/通讯SCI论文27篇,包括Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, National Science Review, ACS Nano, Applied Physics Reviews等,作为项目负责人主持纵向科研项目6项。

 

研究方向:

1. 铁电薄膜/纳米结构及其在信息存储器件上的应用研究。

2. 铁电极化拓扑畴构筑及畴壁电导特性调控。
