个人简介 (Summary)

樊贞,博士,研究员,博导,国家级青年人才广东省青年珠江学者广东省杰出青年基金获得者。2011年本科毕业于上海交通大学,2015年获新加坡国立大学博士学位,2016年至今先后担任华南师范大学副研究员研究员。

研究方向面向()存算一体AI硬件的信息材料与器件该方向涉及材料、微电子、物理、AI等多学科交叉融合,契合国家重大需求,也是当前研究热点。近年来聚焦于新原理铁电()存算一体器件研究,取得多项突破性进展,形成研究特色。代表性成果列举如下:

(1)提出光电流型铁电光伏突触,是国际上最早面向感内高级计算的器件方案之一。进一步构建出感存算一体铁电光伏神经网络,实现了零能耗图像感知与实时处理。代表性论文:Nat. Commun. 16, 421 (2025) (高被引、Featured)Nat. Commun. 13, 1707 (2022) (高被引)

(2)提出光电压型铁电光伏突触,首次实现了感内图像记忆、低级处理与高级计算的一体化功能。代表性论文:Nat. Commun. 17, 408 (2026) 

(3)研制出基于铁电二极管的全铁电储备池计算系统,以及基于铁电电容器的容性储备池计算系统,实现了高精度、低功耗的时序信息处理。代表性论文:Nat. Commun. 14, 3585 (2023) (高被引、Featured)Rep. Prog. Phys. 89, 028001 (2026)

(4)提出并证明了新型压电神经元,实现了完备的LIF神经元功能。代表性论文:J. Materiomics 11, 101013 (2025)
