个人简介 (Summary)

樊贞,博士,研究员,硕导,广东省青年珠江学者入选者。2011年本科毕业于上海交通大学,2015年获新加坡国立大学博士学位,2016年至今先后担任华南师范大学副研究员、研究员。

研究方向为信息功能材料、器件及类脑计算应用。该方向涉及材料、微电子、物理、人工智能等多学科交叉融合,符合国家重大需求,也是当前研究热点。在该方向的主要学术贡献包括:

(1)研制出感存算一体铁电光伏传感器网络,实现零能耗图像感知与实时处理。

(2)研制出全铁电储备池计算系统,实现准确、低功耗的时序信息处理。

(3)提出拓扑相变忆阻器性能调控新方法,实现神经元和突触应用。

Nat. Commun.Adv. Mater.Neural NetworksPhys. Rev. Appl.等多领域权威期刊上发表第一或通讯作者论文40余篇,其中ESI热点论文1篇、高被引论文1篇。论文引用总计3500余次,H因子为28。授权国家发明专利3件。获批主持国家自然科学基金项目3项。在国内外学术会议上做邀请报告10次。荣获广东省青年珠江学者、2022中国新锐科技人物闪耀潜力奖、中国仪表功能材料学会电子元器件关键材料与技术专业委员会2020年度学术新秀奖、J. Materiomics期刊2021年优秀审稿人等奖励荣誉。

目前担任广州市“智能光电材料与类脑器件”重点实验室副主任、J. Adv. Dielectr. 期刊青年编委。
