研究方向
近年来,主要围绕以下三个方向开展研究:(1)先进透射电子显微学 (球差S/TEM, 4D-STEM, Ptychography, Tomography, EDX , EELS, In-situ Heating, Liquid-Cell, Gas-Cell)及其在材料、半导体器件表征应用;(2)功能材料的跨尺度设计与构筑;(3)纳米光学与传感。迄今在Nature Materials、Advanced Materials、ACS Nano、ACS AMI、Nanoscale等期刊发表论文30多篇。
