Waner He, Ph.D, Associate Researcher
长期从事有机功能材料及其在电子器件中的应用研究,聚焦于有机场效应晶体管的结构优化与性能调控,特别在新型高性能有机半导体、驻极体材料等及其在有机场效应晶体管、电化学晶体管及人工突触器件方面的应用积累了丰富的研究经验。在有机半导体载流子迁移率提升、载流子比例调控等关键问题上,具有深入的物理机制理解与创新性成果,截至目前已在Advanced Materials, Chemistry of Materials, Advanced Science, Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Advanced Electronic Materials, Journal of Materials Chemistry C等国际知名期刊发表SCI论文27篇,其中包括第一作者及通讯作者(含共同)12篇,撰写英国皇家化学会(RSC)专著章节《Dielectric Polymers for Transistor Memories》,参与申请国内外发明专利7项,其中已授权3项。参加国际/项目会议报告十余次,包括顶级国际材料会议(2023 MRS Spring Meeting & Exhibit,美国旧金山)并获得多次优秀海报发表奖,担任RSC Materials Science的客座编辑,JACS Au,Electronics,Polymers等期刊审稿人。
