个人简介                                                


华南师范大学华南先进光电子研究院特聘副研究员(青年英才)。2022年博士毕业于北京大学。2022-2024年在南方科技大学从事博士后研究,之后任研究助理教授。主要从事低维量子输运器件,二维铁电功能器件等相关研究,以第一作者/通讯作者(含共同)发表论文7篇,包括Nature, Science Advances, Applied Physics Letters等杂志,论文总被引用超1000次。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金,广东省基础与应用基础研究青年基金,中国博士后科学基金面上基金。
